1. Website operator and scope
Steel Fitness 247 operates this website for gym information and community connection. Trading address: Unit 16, Brunel Business Court, Brunel Way, Thetford, Norfolk, IP24 1HP. The registered operator and legal contact details remain to be confirmed. These draft website terms are not membership terms or a waiver of statutory rights.
2. Information and bookings
Prices, facilities and hours should be checked against the current Clubwise contract and with Steel when relevant. No form download creates a booking, membership or accepted application. A published calendar entry is event information; follow its specific joining instructions. No confirmed events have been supplied at present.
3. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful content, impersonate another person, scrape private information or disrupt services. Do not submit another person's contact details without permission. Use community features respectfully and follow the filming and safeguarding boundaries.
4. AI output
AI openers are optional drafting suggestions. They may be inaccurate or inappropriate. Review and edit before use; no output is posted or sent automatically. The tool does not provide medical or legal advice, diagnose a condition, or monitor emergencies. Do not rely on it for safeguarding decisions.
5. Intellectual property and community content
Steel branding and site content may be used only as permitted by the rights holder or law. Downloadable creator briefs do not grant filming rights or permission to use another person's image. Members retain rights in their submitted material; publication requires separate approval and appropriate permissions. Merely attending a meetup does not grant a publicity licence.
6. External services
Clubwise payments, Google Maps, social platforms and other linked services operate under their own terms. Links do not mean Steel guarantees every external service or endorses every piece of content. Embedded maps are optional and privacy information is available separately.
7. Availability and responsibility
The website may be unavailable during maintenance or provider outages. Reasonable care should be taken with published information. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud, or removes applicable consumer protections. No blanket liability waiver is imposed.
8. Concerns, disputes and updates
Call 01842 824469 about incorrect information, conduct or an accessibility problem. The final terms should identify the legal operator, complaint channel and applicable jurisdiction without removing mandatory rights available where you live. Material changes should be dated and transparent; they do not silently alter a paid membership agreement.
