01 / The Steel approach
Strongman belongs outside.
Our dedicated outdoor area is for strongman training — not just another corner of the cardio floor. Ask the team about the current yard setup and access before travelling for a particular implement.

- Built by a competitor
- Open to all levels
02 / The Steel approach
Build your base indoors.
Barbells, dumbbells, racks and benches support the strength work around your strongman sessions. Specialist machines give you options for targeted work alongside your main lifts.

- Benches & racks
- Plenty of plates

First time? Still your place.
The strongman area is open to all levels. Speak to the team about starting out, using unfamiliar kit and planning a first visit. We don't list unconfirmed coached sessions or competitions as bookable events.
